The City of Batavia firefighters announced the winners of their 7th Annual Fire Prevention Coloring Contest earlier in the week.
Today, an awards luncheon and tour was held at the Fire Station on Evans Street for all 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Honorable mention winners and their families.
The 1st Place winner of each age group will receive a ride to school on a City Fire Engine
K-1st Grade winners:
First Place-Kylie Lutey -St Joseph School, Mrs. Case, Kindergarten
Second Place-Blaire Beachel –St Joseph School, Mrs. Fiannaca, 1st Grade
Third Place-Lyla McClellan -St Paul Lutheran School, Mrs. Porter, 1st Grade
Honorable Mention-Nolan Rogers –St Joseph School, Mrs. Fiannaca, 1st Grade
