BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Man jailed after domestic incident, woman charged for letting people sell crack out of her apartment

Bobby L. Mobley, 34, homeless, is charged with obstruction of governmental administration, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal contempt following a domestic incident on Maple street on October 27, 2019.

Mobley was arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash or bond bail. He re-appeared in court on October 28, 2019.

Lizbet D. Cramer, 42, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with failure to exercise control of a minor after Cramer allegedly allowed a child to violate curfew, failing to abide by probation stipulations. The incident occurred on September 9, 2019.

Cramer was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 12, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Marya B. Cole, 36, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with criminal nuisance after allegedly allowing other individuals to sell crack cocaine out of her apartment on Bank street on several dates between September 9, 2019 to September 28, 2019.

Cole was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 12, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Aaron W. Clark, 30, of Oak St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 4th after allegedly punching and damaging a wall at a residence on Oak street on October 28, 2019.

Clark was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 19, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Ridge A. Bono, 28, of Ross St., Batavia, is charged with trespass following a complaint at UMMC at 127 North street on October 20, 2019.

Bono has been previously banned from the property at 127 North street and was in violation when present on the property.

Bono was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 5, 2019.

Aaron M. Hatt, 23, of Broadway Rd., Alexander, is charged with criminal trespass 3rd after entering the property at 14 Howard street on October 19, 2019 and remaining there on private property without permission to do so.

Hatt was processed on scene and released with an appearance ticket. Hatt is set to appear in City Court on October 29, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
