GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Former Home Depot employee and another woman conspire to steal property

On October 29, 2019 at about 2:56p.m., Deputies responded to Home Depot, 4181 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, for a reported larceny complaint.

Following the investigation, Stacy Watson, 43, of Liberty St., Batavia, was arrested on two counts of petit larceny and two counts of conspiracy 6th. Also charged is Jennifer Mcauley, 46, of Shelby Basin Rd., Medina. She is charged with two counts of petit larceny.

Watson, a former Home Depot employee allegedly conspired with Mcauley to steal merchandise from the Home Depot store.

Both were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 14, 2019 at 1:00p.m.

Tyler L. Walls, 23, of Upper Holley Rd., Clarendon, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and operating a motor vehicle with no headlamps on Lake street road in LeRoy on November 1, 2019, after a traffic stop.

Walls was allegedly operating a motor vehicle with no headlamps and with suspended drivers licenses and registration.

Walls is scheduled to appear in LeRoy Town Court on December 3, 2019 to answer the charges.
