Brittany M. Smith, 27, of Pringle avenue, Batavia, was arrested on an active bench warrant out of City Court for failing to appear and failing to comply with the court.
Officer Post arrested Smith on November 2, 2019.
Smith was arraigned in City Court by Judge Balbick and jailed in lieu of $2,500 cash or bond bail.
She will re-appear in court later today.
Steven B. Nesbitt, 34, of Holland Ave., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and criminal contempt 1st after an incident at a residence on Holland avenue on October 24, 2019.
Nesbitt allegedly had physical contact with a person who had a refrain from order of protection against him.
Nesbitt is scheduled to return to court on November 7, 2019 at 9:00a.m.
Melissa A. Wetmore, 47, of Main Rd., Corfu, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more following an accident investigation on North Lyon street on October 26, 2019.
Wetmore was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 6, 2019.
