Following an investigation of phone calls made from the recorded jail phones, Kaleb J. Bobzien, 21, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection issued out of City Court.
The incident occurred on October 20, 2019 at 10:31p.m.
Bobzien was arrested on November 18, 2019 and will appear in City Court on November 26, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
Ricky L. Miller II, 37, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th after allegedly stealing items from Wal-mart that were valued over $1,000.
Miller was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on December 5, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
