On November 17, 2019, Troopers out of SP/Warsaw arrested Francis X. Almeter, 54, of Eagle, NY, for aggravated DWI.
At 12:03A.M. , Troopers out of SP Warsaw responded to a motor vehicle in a ditch on Bray Road, town of Freedom. Troopers determined that Almeter was allegedly impaired by alcohol and administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests, which he failed.
Almeter was placed under arrest for DWI/alcohol and processed at State Police barracks in Warsaw. A chemical breath test revealed that Almeter allegedly had a 0.19% BAC.
Almeter was released and issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Freedom Court on December 17, 2019.
