BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Walnut street woman charged in domestic incident

Raylynne M. Santiago, 20, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with harassment and obstruction of governmental administration following a domestic incident at Jackson and Maple street on November 24, 2019.

Santiago was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on December 3, 2019 at 1:30p.m..

Zachary J. Marrow, 28, of Manhattan Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, after allegedly driving while intoxicated on East Main street on November 16, 2019.

Marrow was issued citations and will appear in City Court on December 11, 2019 at 9:00a.m.

Jonathan B. White, 27, of Buffalo St., Bergen, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after violating a full stay away order of protection on Ross street on November 13, 2019.

White allegedly had contact with a person who he is court ordered to stay away from.

He was arraigned in City Court and held on $1,000 cash or bond bail.

White re-appeared in City Court on November 26, 2019.

Daniel S. Kuczka, 75, of Walden Creek Dr., Batavia, is charged with trespassing after a complaint on Ross street on November 20, 2019.

Kuczka was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on December 3, 2019 at 1:00p.m.
