WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Bliss man charged during traffic stop in Genesee Falls

Mark A. Brace, 51, of Bliss, was arrested on December 7, 2019 following a traffic stop in the Town of Genesee Falls.

Brace was observed by Sgt. Chase of the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office driving erratically on Route 19A and Griffith Road. Brace was stopped, and following a roadside investigation, which included field sobriety testing, he was placed under arrest for DWI.

Brace was transported to the Sheriff’s Office where he supplied a breath sample that was over 0.08%. He is charged with moving from a lane unsafely, failure to keep right, DWI, and driving with BAC of .08 or more.

Brace was released to a sober third party and will appear in the Town of Genesee Falls Court on January 8, 2020.

On November 30, 2019, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kartikeya Saxenajain, 32, of Taylor , Michigan, for driving with a suspended registration.

Saxenajain is charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and expired inspection.

Saxenajain is to answer his charges at a later date.
