BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Alexander woman charged in road rage incident

Lisa M. Fox, 48, of Broadway Rd., Alexander, is charged with menacing 3rd after allegedly displaying an object in a way that appeared to have been a knife while engaged in a verbal altercation with another person during a road rage incident on Oak street on December 24, 2019.

Fox was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on January 14, 2020.

Karen E. Scott, 51, of Thurston Rd., Rochester, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st and speeding in a zone on Main street on December 29, 2019 at 2:48a.m.

Scott was observed operating a vehicle in excess of the posted 30mph speed limit and a traffic stop was conducted.

Scott possessed a revoked non driver ID with 10 or more scoffs on 10 or more dates.

Scott was issued an appearance ticket and was released on recognizance and is scheduled to appear in City Court on January 15, 2020 at 9:00a.m.

James F. Perry, 34, of Central Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after a domestic incident on State street on December 27, 2019.

Perry allegedly damaged a front door at an apartment, in full violation of an order of protection.

He was located walking on Washington avenue and was released on an appearance ticket.

Perry is scheduled to appear in City Court on January 14, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Randy K. Wilmet, 43, of Bank St., Batavia, is charged with unlawful imprisonment after he allegedly prevented a person from leaving a residence on Bank street on December 26, 2019.

Wilmet was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance and will re-appear in court on January 16, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
