Cheyne A. Hoerner, 35, of Chapel St., Lockport, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, after a dangerous condition complaint of a motor vehicle driving in its rim, creating sparks, on Clinton street in Stafford on December 28, 2019 at 11:40p.m.
Hoerner was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Stafford Town Court on January 14, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
Lillian A. Doll, 25, of Buffalo, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, following an investigation into a vehicle that ran out our of fuel on Rt. 77 in Pembroke on December 29, 2019 at 12:04a.m.
Doll was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on January 16, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Thomas W. McCabe, 42, of East Ave., Attica, NY, is charged with petit larceny after a larceny complaint at Kohl’s Department store at 4170 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on January 1, 2020 at 8:27p.m.
McCabe allegedly stole clothing that was the property of Kohl’s Department store.
McCabe was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 16, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
