William J. Haight, 31, homeless, is charged with criminal mischief 4th and unlawful imprisonment 2nd following a domestic incident on Jackson street on January 6, 2020 at 12:07a.m.
Haight was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and is scheduled to appear in City Court on January 14, 2020 at 1:30p.m.
Joshua C. Pesci, 25, of Broadway Ave., Alden, is charged with DWI, failure to use designated lane, driving on the sidewalk and unreasonable speed following a property damage accident on S. Main street on January 3, 2020 at 2:05a.m.
Pesci was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in City Court on January 22, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
Nathan E. Hinze, 26, of Clifton Ave, Batavia, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI after a property damage motor vehicle accident on East avenue on January 4, 2020 at 2:19a.m.
Hinze is accused of damaging a telephone pole with his vehicle. Hinze and his vehicle were located at a residence on Farwell drive.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 22, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
