Alexander D. Neu, 18, of Dubonnet Dr., Depew, is charged with assault 3rd after allegedly striking a person in the face and causing physical injury at the Wiz Khalifa concert at Darien Lake on July 21, 2019.
Neu will appear for arraignment in Darien Town Court on January 14, 2020 at 4:00p.m.
