Ambrose E. Robinson Jr.,55, of Corwin Ave., Rochester, NY, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test and speeding after a traffic stop on W. Main street on January 7, 2020 at 1:40a.m.
Robinson was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance. He scheduled to re-appear in court on January 16, 2020.
Brian N. Miles, 24, of Sixth St., Rochester, was turned over to Batavia Police by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office on January 7, 2020, and arrested on a bench warrant from December 12, 2019.
Miles was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in City Court on January 14, 2020 at 1:30p.m.
