Renee S. Symonds, 51, of Cedar Cove Trl., Rochester, NY, is charged with assault 3rd and harassment 2nd after allegedly attacking two security guards at 8315 Park road, Batavia Downs, on January 13, 2020.
Symonds allegedly refused to leave Batavia Downs.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 30, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Michael T. Swiatowy, 48, of Hartshorn Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI and refusing to take a breath test after an investigation into a domestic incident on Hartshorn road on January 11, 2020 at 11:27p.m.
Swiatowy was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and will re-appear in court on February 18, 2020 at 1:30p.m.
