GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Inmate at jail accused of using another inmates personal ID number

Johnathan B. White, 27, of Buffalo St., Bergen, is charged with falsifying business records 1st and criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly making a false entry into the business records of the Genesee County Jail, by using a personal identification number that belonged to another inmate.

White also allegedly intended to defraud when he concealed his identity while violating an order of protection. The incident occurred on November 27, 2019 at 14 West Main street, the Genesee County Jail.

White was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 28, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Frank D. Cook, 37, of Ridge Rd., Elba, was arrested on an arrest warrant for criminal contempt 1st after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection on January 8, 2020 in the Town of Elba.

Cook was arraigned in Elba Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on February 26, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
