Daniel J. Lewis, 23, of Genesee St., Lima, is charged with grand larceny 4th, a class E felony, after allegedly stealing a vehicle on Clinton street road in Batavia on January 3, 2020 at 8:39a.m.
Lewis was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on February 6, 2020 for arraignment.
Jennifer A. Clarke, 22, of Beckwith Rd., Pembroke, is charged with stalking 4th and aggravated harassment 2nd after allegedly sending several text messages and making several phone calls to a person after being told by that person to stop contacting them.
The incident occurred on January 5, 2020.
Clark was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court by Judge O’Connor.
She was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on February 4, 2020 at 4:30p.m.
