Tonya M. Weber-Jackson, 35, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after she allegedly stole items from a local store at 412 East Main street on January 20, 2020.
Weber-Jackson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on February 4, 2020 at 1:00p.m. for arraignment.
Octavio M. Tardy, 54, of Woodside Dr., Bergen, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing items from a business at 412 East Main street on January 21, 2020.
