Kelly A. Rodriguez, 47, of Pearl St., Batavia, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd, after she allegedly spit in the eyes of a nurse who was caring for her at UMMC, 127 North street.
The incident occurred on January 26, 2020.
Rodriguez was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 11, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Wendy L. Henry, 35, no permanent address, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after violating a stay away order of protection on January 26, 2020.
Henry was issued an appearance ticket and released. She will appear in City court on February 4, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
