STATE POLICE REPORT/Albion woman facing charges after incident with police

Lisa Fox, 48, of Albion, is charged with four counts of menacing a police/peace officer, a class D felony, criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, a felony, previous conviction, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration 2nd, after an incident at 13916 Ridge road in the Town of Gaines on February 11, 2020 at about 11:30p.m.

State Police say one of their vehicles was side swiped during the incident. The road was then closed off to traffic for a few hours.

Fox was arrested previously in December of 2019 during a road rage incident in the City of Batavia, after she allegedly displayed an object in a way that appeared to have been a knife while engaged in a verbal altercation with another person on Oak street on December 24, 2019.

She was charged with menacing 3rd after the December incident.

After the incident in Gaines, Fox is being held on cash bail.
