On February 11, 2020, Troopers out of SP Albion responded to Champs Mini Mart on Ridge Road in the town of Ridgeway for a fraud complaint.
The pictured suspect goes into the store and buys a $2 in Lotto ticket and attempts to pay with a $100 bill. During the transaction, the suspect asks for different denominations of the bills for change, ultimately getting $150 back.
The pictured black male is suspected throughout Niagara County with other Law Enforcement agencies of doing the same scam to cashiers.
