Three Buffalo residents have been arrested and charged after a reported larceny from Target at 4300 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on Sunday afternoon, February 23, 2020, at about 4:50p.m.
Police caught up with Ashley M. Drexinger, 27, of Kensington Ave., Ericka K, McBride, 30, of Janet Ave., and Kahel S. Suttles, 23, of Dodge St., on the NYS Thruway in Pembroke after they left the scene in a vehicle.
Drexinger is charged with grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony, and conspiracy 5th. McBride is charged with conspiracy 5th and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Suttles is charged with grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony, conspiracy 5th and unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd.
All three subjects were released with appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 5, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
David J. LeRoy, 27, of Gabbey Rd., Pembroke, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd and falsely reporting an incident 3rd after he allegedly made several phone calls to the Genesee County Emergency Dispatch Center for no legitimate purpose and made false reports on February 8, 2020 at 9:20p.m.
LeRoy was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Pembroke Town Court on March 3, 2020.
James D. Houghton, 57, of Ridge Rd., Webster, NY, is charged with DWI, DWAI/combined influence of drugs or alcohol/drugs, refusal to take a breath test and failure to keep right after a traffic stop in the Town of Batavia on Clinton street on February 22, 2020.
Houghton was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 23, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
John D. Hameister, 57, of Hilltop Dr., Bergen, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, driving with an obstructed view and no seat belt after an investigation into a traffic complaint on Clinton street road in Bergen on February 23, 2020 at 2:35a.m.
Hameister was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on March 4, 2020.
