GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/LeRoy man charged after stolen credit card was allegedly used to make purchases online

Kyle C. Madden, 27, of Lake St. Rd., LeRoy is charged with grand larceny 3rd, identity theft 1st and criminal impersonation 2nd after a complaint of a stolen credit card that was used to purchase merchandise online on January 19, 2020.

An investigation revealed that Madden allegedly stole property exceeding $3,000 and acted as the person who owned the credit card in an attempt to defraud the owner by using the credit card on internet websites.

Madden was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court on February 28, 2020 and released.

Deanna L. Yox, 34, of Broadway Rd., Alexander, is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after deputies responded to a residence on Broadway road in Alexander for a physical altercation between a male and a female.

Following an investigation, Yox was charged after she struck a male in the face multiple times in front of two children. She was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on March 10, 2020 at 4:00p.m.

Michael D. Busch, 20, of Elm St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation into an employee stealing cash from registers at Wal-Mart at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive.

Busch allegedly stole a total of $440 from January 27, 2020 to February 18, 2020 while working as an employee for Wal-Mart.

Busch was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on March 12, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
