Three 16 year old males of Lyndonville are each charged with possession of a forged instrument 1st, a class C felony, in a fraud incident on February 21, 2020 in the Town of Ridgeway.
All three were released to a third party.
Saul Godoy, 36, of Byron, was charged with assault 3rd, intent to cause physical injury, and 5 counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, after domestic dispute in the Town of Byron on February 21, 2020.
Godoy was released on his own recognizance.
Brandi R. Amoia, 22, of Hamburg, NY, was charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more in the Town of Sheldon on February 21, 2020 on Rt. 20A.
Amoia was issued an appearance ticket.
Ryan T. Nordwall, 20, of Jamestown, NY, was charged with DWI and felony driving with a BAC of .08% or more, prior, in the Town of Clarendon on February 22, 2020.
Nordwall was issued an appearance ticket.
Samuel Morales, 43, of Buffalo, NY, was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI/per se-no prior, in the Town of Pembroke on February 21, 2020.
Morales was issued an appearance ticket.
Najah A. Dunston, 23, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property 3rd, value greater than $3,000, a class D felony, and criminal possession of stolen property 5th on the NYS Thruway in the Town of Batavia on February 21, 2020.
Dunston was released on her own recognizance.
Coty R. Read, 28, of Wyoming, NY, was charged with violating his probation on February 24, 2020. He was held.
Jacob A. Harbaugh, 29, of Niagara Falls, NY, was charged with burglary 3rd, a class D felony, grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony, and criminal mischief, after a burglary in the Town of Ridgeway on February 27, 2020.
Harbaugh was released on recognizance.
William D. Bergman, 21, of Spencerport, was charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more in the Town of Oakfield on February 29, 2020 on Lockport road.
Bergman was issued an appearance ticket.
