WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Fillmore woman found driving on a suspended license

On February 22, 2020, deputies were stationary in the Village of Castile when a vehicle was observed traveling over the speed limit.

Deputies identified the driver as Diane Kelly, 36, of Fillmore, NY, and a data check showed Kelly had a suspended license.

A vehicle and traffic enforcement stop was conducted and Kelly was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree.

Kelly was issued appearance tickets for speed in zone and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Castile Court at a later date.

On February 22, 2020, while deputies were on a welfare check complaint in the Town of Castile, Justin L. Tilton, 33, of Castile, NY, was observed operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Tilton had pulled the vehicle into a residence where deputies were located and a data check showed Tilton was suspended.

Tilton was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree and released with an appearance ticket. Tilton is scheduled to appear in the Town of Castile Court at a later date.
