Niasia S. Jiggetts, 28, of Batavia, has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury on two counts of assault 2nd, a class D felony.
Jiggetts is accused of causing physical injury to a child less than seven years old on two different occasions. The first incident occurred on West Main street road in the Town of Batavia in September of 2017, the other occurred in June of 2019 on Thomas avenue.
Jiggetts allegedly struck the child with an object, causing injury to the child.
