On March 6, 2020, State Police Warsaw Troopers arrested Kyle Z. Acker, 25, of Eden, NY, for DWAI/drugs after a traffic stop on Rt. 246 in the Town of Perry.
Troopers determined Acker had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. During the interview, Acker made admissions and failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Acker was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE).
Acker was issued appearance tickets for Perry Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
