On March 11, 2020, Mark Green Jr., 20, of Warsaw, was arrested and charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child less than 17 years of age and possessing a sexual performance by a child less than 16 years of age.
Both charges are felonies.
Green Jr. is accused of possessing obscene images of a female child who was 13 years of age. He is also accused of sending the obscene image of the child to a third party in the Fall of 2019.
Green Jr. was arraigned in the Town of Orangeville Court. He was released on his own recognizance. Green Jr. is to appear in the Town of Orangeville Court on April 8, 2020.
On February 29, 2020, at approximately 4:56pm, Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a one car motor vehicle accident with injury on Silver Lake Road, in the Town of Covington. Deputies arrived on scene and observed the Pavilion Fire Department treating a patient with minor injuries.
Upon further investigation, Karisa L. McKeown,25, of Pavilion, was identified as the driver of the vehicle. The vehicle was traveling southbound and left the roadway striking a mail box and a tree before coming to rest in the bushes at the front of a residence.
McKeown was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated. Deputies transported McKeown to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office where a Datamaster DMT breath test was administered showing McKeown had a blood alcohol content (B.A.C.) of .08% or above.
McKeown is charged with moving from a lane unsafely, DWI, and driving with a BAC of .08% or greater.
McKeown was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Covington Court at a later date.
