Kyle A. Scheuerlein, 27, of Overlook Dr., Batavia, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, criminal possession of a weapon 4th and attempted assault 2nd following a domestic incident on Washington avenue on March 8, 2020.
Scheuerlein was arraigned in City Court and is due back in court on March 26, 2020.
Devon A. Wright, 18, of Highland Park, Batavia, is charged with burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 4th and assault 3rd after an investigation into an incident at a local gas station at 100 West Main street on March 2, 2020 at 12:50p.m.
Wright allegedly refused to leave and attempted to cause physical injury to an employee. He then allegedly damaged property inside the business.
Wright was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance. He re-appeared in court on March 13, 2020.
Taylor L. Finnin, 27, of East Main St., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for criminal trespass 2nd and trespass after he allegedly violated an order of protection on November 27, 2019.
Finnin was arrested on a bench warrant outside of a Swan street residence on March 12, 2020 after allegedly failing to comply with a court ordered program.
He was arraigned in City Court and jailed on bail.
Carrie L. Hensley, 42, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a shoplifting complaint at 412 East Main street on March 11, 2020.
Hensley was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 24, 2020.
