GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/LeRoy woman accused of driving while impaired by drugs

Deborah A. Schlonski, 50, of Griswold Rd., LeRoy, is charged with felony DWAI/drugs, previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years, felony aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, operating without a court ordered interlock device, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd and unlicensed operator, after a traffic stop for violating vehicle and traffic laws in LeRoy on Griswold road on March 16, 2020 at 10:32a.m.

Schlonski was transported to the jail where she was processed by Correctional Officers. She was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on April 7, 2020.

James G. Kelsey Jr.,36, of Hannahs Ter. Rochester, is charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint at 4300 Veteran’s Memorial Drive on March 16, 2020.

Kelsey allegedly stole property from the business at the above address.

He was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket. Kelsey will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on May 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Eric F. Borowski, 30, of Fontaine Dr., Buffalo, is charged with two counts of harassment 2nd after an incident on Alleghany road in Darien on March 11, 2020 at 4:00p.m.

Borowski was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Darien Court on April 7, 2020 at 4:00p.m.
