David P Brehaut, 55, of Warsaw, was arrested and charged with DWI and failure to keep right following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Bacon Road in the Town of Perry on March 15, 2020.
Brehaut was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Perry Court on April 1st, 2020 at 6:00p.m..
Assisting at the scene were Perry Village Police Department, Town of Perry Ambulance, Perry Fire Department and Perry Center Fire Department.
On March 14, 2020, Deputies were patrolling southbound on Route 19 when a vehicle was observed traveling northbound at 108 mph, in the Town of Pike.
A vehicle and traffic enforcement stop was initiated and the driver was identified as Levi Miller, 20, of Perry.
After further investigation, Miller was arrested for displaying a forged inspection and was issued appearance tickets.
Miller is scheduled to appear in the Town of Pike Court at a later date.
