On March 14, 2020 at 11:05 pm, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested David A. Zeches, 49, of Warsaw, NY, for driving while impaired by drugs and failure to obey a traffic device.
Troopers stopped Zeches on Route 19 in the Village of Warsaw, for going through the intersection while the traffic light was red. Zeches was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests.
Zeches was taken into custody and transported to SP Warsaw for further evaluation and processing. A Drug Recognition Expert, Anthony Phillips, was contacted for further evaluation of Zeches.
Zeches was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Village of Warsaw Court and will appear on April 6, 2020.
