Jordin M. Schultz, 22, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with menacing 3rd and reckless endangerment 2nd after allegedly spitting at a public health official and a nurse at 6275 Main road in Stafford on April 2, 2020.
Schultz will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on June 9, 2020 at 9:00a.m. to answer the charges.

Refermat Jr.was arraigned in the City of Batavia Court and released.
