WYOMING COUNTY/Two more positive cases of COVID-19 reported, total of 44 positive cases in the county

Chairman of the Wyoming County Board of Supervisors, Jerry L. Davis, reports:

As of earlier today, Thursday, April 16, the Wyoming County Health Department reports forty-four (44) lab-confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 among Wyoming County residents. This is an increase of 2 cases from Wednesday, April 15.

Northwest (Attica, Bennington, Orangeville, Sheldon) 11 positive cases, 5 recoveries.

Southwest (Arcade, Eagle, Java, Wethersfield) 8 positive cases, 3 recoveries

Southeast (Castile, Gainesville, Genesee Falls, Pike) 10 positive cases, 6 recoveries.

Northeast (Covington, Middlebury, Perry, Warsaw) 15 positive cases, 9 recoveries, 3 deaths.

TOTAL– 44 positive cases, 23 recoveries, 3 deaths.
