On April 19, 2020, Wyoming County Sheriff Deputies responded to Wolcott Road in the Town of Wethersfield after receiving a complaint.
An investigation stemming from this complaint led to the arrest of Austin Bollinger, 26, of Gainesville. Bollinger is charged with rape 2nd degree and criminal sexual act 2nd degree, both class D felonies.
Bollinger is accused of having sexual intercourse and oral sexual contact with a child less than 15 years of age. He was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court and committed to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail. He is to appear in the Town of Wethersfield Court in May.
