Lazavia McDaniel Price, 20, of Pearl St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speeding in a zone, window tint violation, open container in a vehicle and no headlights, after a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic violations on West Main street on April 27, 2020.
Price was allegedly speeding through the City of Batavia and did not have his head lights on. He was also allegedly operating under the influence of alcohol.
Price was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on May 13, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
