State Police are investigating a suspected drowning in Darien that occurred on Saturday afternoon at 976 Broadway road.
According to scanner reports, emergency crews were called to the residence for a male found unresponsive in a pond about 12:30p.m.
According to Sgt. Rivenburg, SP Niagara, the victim was a 77 year old male. State Police say no other information will be released at this time.
The incident is currently under investigation.
