BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Batavia man charged after refusing to leave hotel

William J. Galliford, 59, of Batavia, is charged with trespass and harassment 2nd after he allegedly refused to leave the Budget Inn at 301 Oak street on May 10, 2020 at 8:45p.m.

Galliford was told he was no longer allowed on the premises. He also allegedly threatened a police officer.

Galliford was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 16, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Christopher J. Diers, 37, of State St., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd following a domestic incident on State street on May 9, 2020 at 10:50p.m

Diers was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 30, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Amanda S. McDonald, 37, of Ellsworth Ave., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after an investigation into an alleged complaint that McDonald was allowing a minor to use an illegal drug.

The alleged incident occurred on March 8, 2020.

McDonald was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 16, 2020.

Adam M. Jellison, 42, of Sierk Rd., Bennington, is charged with harassment 2nd following a domestic incident that occurred on April 2, 2020.

Jellison was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court on June 18, 2020 at 9:00a.m.

Jellison is also charged with criminal mischief 3rd after an incident on April 30, 2020 in the City of Batavia. He was arraigned in City Court on May 11, 2020 and released on recognizance and will re-appear in court on June 18, 2020 at 9:00a.m.

James F. Perry Sr., 35, of Central Ave., Batavia, is charged with five counts of criminal contempt 2nd following an investigation into a child crying at a residence on State street on May 9, 2020 at 9:20p.m.

Perry was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 30, 2020.

Jacob J. Camerera, 29, of S. Jackson St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd following an investigation of a violation of an order of protection complaint on April 29,2020.

Camerera was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 23, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Margaret M. Pillo, 47, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation into a shoplifting incident at 412 East Main street on May 8, 2020.

Pillo was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 30, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
