Caine C. Cudney, 19, of Buffalo NY, was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, speed in zone and unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree, following a traffic stop on Sanders Road in the Town of Java on May 10, 2020.
Cudney was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Sheldon Court on June 9, 2020 at 3:00PM.
Tracy A. Radecki, 43, of Blasdell, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 98 in the Town of Java on May 17, 2020.
Radecki, a passenger inside a vehicle stopped for a traffic infraction, was allegedly found in possession of marijuana and concentrated cannabis.
Radecki was issued a uniform appearance ticket for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd.
She is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Java Court on July 15, 2020.
Ryan R. Mitchell, 28, of the Town of Eagle, was arrested following a traffic complaint on Route 19 in the Town of Pike on May 6, 2020.
Mitchell was allegedly driving a 2004 Dodge Durango while his license was suspended; the registration was also suspended, and the vehicle was not insured.
Mitchell was also allegedly found in possession of marijuana.
Mitchell was arrested on May 19, 2020 and issued a uniform appearance ticket for the charges of unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, operating while registration suspended, and operating without insurance.
Mitchell is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Pike Court on July 14, 2020.
Jacob W. Shearing, 30, of Gainesville, was arrested following an April 30, 2020 traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village of Warsaw.
Shearing was pulled over after being observed driving a vehicle while his license was revoked for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Shearing was arrested on May 19, 2020, and issued a uniform appearance ticket for the charge of aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd.
Shearing is scheduled to answer the charge in the Village of Warsaw Court on July 13, 2020.
Christina M. Beechler, 43, of Portageville, NY, was arrested following an April 29, 2020 traffic stop on Saltvale Road in the Town of Warsaw.
Beechler was stopped after being observed driving a motor vehicle while her license was suspended for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Beechler was arrested on May 19, 2020, and issued a uniform appearance ticket for the charge of aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree.
Beechler is scheduled to answer the charge in the Town of Warsaw Court on July 13, 2020.
