D’Andre J. Cramer, 21, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with coercion 3rd and assault 3rd following a domestic incident on Dellinger avenue on May 7, 2020.
Cramer was arraigned in City Court and will re-appear in court on June 5, 2020 at 1:30p.m.
Michael R. Ostrander, 55, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd and menacing 3rd following an incident at 400 East Main street where he allegedly touched a person and threatened another on May 18, 2020.
Ostrander is scheduled to appear in City Court on June 16, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Jamar T. Shipp, 31, of Niagara St., Niagara Falls, NY, is charged with aggravated harassment after an investigation.
Shipp allegedly threatened to physically harm a female party via phone call on May 9, 2020.
Shipp was arraigned in City Court on May 19, 2020 and released on recognizance. He is due back in court on July 1, 2020 at 12:30p.m.
Matthew W. Barber, 52, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with unauthorized use of a computer following an investigation of an incident that occurred on May 19, 2020 at 700 Ellicott street.
Barber was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 9, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
