On May 18, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Antonio Perez, 39, of Buffalo NY, for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
During a traffic stop on Route 19 in the village of Warsaw, Perez was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Perez had been allegedly operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office.
Perez was released with appearance tickets for the village of Warsaw court, where he is due to appear later in June.
