Friends, family and the local community came out to wish Ricky Palermo a Happy 60th Birthday Sunday afternoon with a 20 minute birthday parade through his neighborhood.
Ricky says this one doesn’t count because of COVID.
The parade was a surprise.
“I’m pretty blessed, there were a lot of wonderful people, I have so many people I love and they support me, its great,” says Ricky.
