Torre S. Walls, 28, of Alleghany Rd., Darien, is charged with grand larceny 4th, a class E felony, following an investigation into a domestic incident in Darien on May 29, 2020.
Walls allegedly stole his girlfriend’s Ruger SR22 pistol following a verbal argument.
Walls was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on July 21, 2020 at 4:00p.m.
Salvatore P. Scarlata, 36, of E. Main St. Rd., Stafford, is charged with criminal contempt after allegedly being found in the presence of a person who is a protected party.
The incident occurred in the Town of Stafford on June 3, 2020.
