On June 16, 2020, The Batavia Police responded to a report of a large fight in the area of State street about 10:20p.m.
While investigating the incident, patrols arrested Andrew L. Kosiorek, 48, of State St., Batavia. He is charged with disorderly conduct after he engaged in violent, tumultuous behavior towards another male in the area of 34 Hutchins Place.
Kosiorek was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Also arrested in the incident:
Jzon A. Richardson Sr., 21, of Oak St., Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct following a physical and verbal dispute with Andrew L. Kosiorek in the area of 34 Hutchins Place on June 16, 2020 at 10:20p.m.
Richardson was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Hezekiah N. Burch, 18, of Hutchins Place, Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct after he engaged in violent, tumultuous behavior towards another male in the area of 34 Hutchins Place on June 16, 2020 at 10:20p.m.
Burch was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on June 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Mark L. Farley, 51, of Harvester Ave., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following a domestic incident on June 14, 2020 at 2:36 p.m.
Farley was transported to Batavia Police Department headquarters, processed and released.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
