Pamela J. Thomas, 41, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and harassment 2nd, following an incident on Denio street on June 16, 2020 at 10:03p.m.
Thomas allegedly was yelling and threatening another person.
She was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Marshawn J. Singletery, 38, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following a domestic incident with another person on Liberty street on June 22, 2020 at 4:45a.m.
Singletery was arraigned in City Court and released to Genesee Justice. He is due back in court on August 13, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
