GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/LeRoy man charged after allegedly setting fire to a puddle of gas inside a barn

Shane M. Dreyer, 18, of Lake St. Rd., LeRoy, is charged with reckless endangerment of property, after an incident on May 24, 2020 on Lake street road in LeRoy at 3:14p.m.

Dreyer allegedly set fire to a puddles of gasoline inside a barn, which created damage to the property.

Dreyer was issued an appearance ticket at the Genesee County Jail and is scheduled to appear in LeRoy Town Court on September 17, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Judd A. Farewell Jr., 29, of Maltby road, Oakfield, is charged with criminal mischief, after allegedly intentionally damaging the toilet in his jail cell while incarcerated at the Genesee County Jail at 14 West Main street on July 25, 2020.

Farewell was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on August 18, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Joanne M. Pangrazio, 49, of S. Street Rd., LeRoy, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief, after a domestic incident on August 2, 2020 at 1:50p.m.

Pangrazio was processed at the Genesee County Jail and by virtual arraignment in Bergen Town Court. She was released on her own recognizance and will appear in County Court on September 15, 2020 at 10:00a.m.
