Jordan R. Difilippo, 27, of Pratt Rd., Pembroke, is charged with possessing a sexual performance of a child less than 16, a class E felony, on January 11, 2017.
Difilippo allegedly possessed three images of a sexual performance of child less than 16 years old.
Difilippo was issued an appearance ticket for the three counts and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on September 9, 2020 at 1:00p.m. for arraignment.(no mug shot available)
The case was investigated by Youth Officer Timothy Wescott and Chief Deputy Graff with assistance from the FBI, Chesterfield Virginia Police Department and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.
