Edward C. Allis Jr., 22, of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with menacing 2nd and criminal possession of a weapon 4th, after deputies responded to an address on South Pearl street in Oakfield for a reported neighbor dispute.
Allis allegedly threatened his neighbor with a homemade pitchfork.
Allis was arrested and arraigned via Skype at the Genesee County Jail.
He was released on his own recognizance and will appear in the Town of Oakfield Court on August 31, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
