Edward G. Ruckdeschel, 58, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th and criminal trespass 3rd following an investigation into a stolen vehicle at 3785 West Main street road, the ARC Trash and Recycling Campus, on December 10, 2019 at 1:05a.m.
Ruckdeschel was arrested on August 10, 2020 and then released on an appearance ticket. He will appear in Batavia Town Court on September 24, 2020 at 1:00p.m. to answer the charges.
