Marshawn J. Singletery, 38, of Oak St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st, physical contact, menacing 3rd and harassment 2nd after an incident at 200 Oak street on August 6, 2020 at 5:53p.m.
Singletery allegedly shoved a person who had a stay away order of protection against him, and then threatened to strike the person with a vacuum cleaner.
Singletery was arraigned in City Court by Judge Saleh and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $3,000 A, $6,000 B and $12,000 E.
He re-appeared in City Court on August 10, 2020.
Diana L. Bloom, 62, of State St., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th, value greater than $1,000 and grand larceny 4th, from a person, after an incident at 100 West Main street on July 3, 2020 at 1:49p.m.
Bloom allegedly stole an envelope full of money from a victim’s pocket while inside a business in the City of Batavia.
Bloom was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 10, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Jimpce J. Etienne, 44, of Warren St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly swinging at a victim during an incident on Warren street on August 8, 2020 at 10:36p.m.
Etienne was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 17, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Edward R. Freida, 49, of Pringle Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a shoplifting incident at 99 Jackson street on July 28, 2020 at 11:22p.m.
Freida was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on October 27, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Nateeka M. Gibson, 31, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, was arrested on three separate warrants for failure to appear in City Court on August 3, 2020.
Charges include, harassment 2nd, robbery 3rd, and two counts of petit larceny.
Gibson was processed at Batavia Police Headquarters and released.
Gibson will appear on City Court at a later date.
