Brice A. Lehtonen, 23, of Fargo Rd., Corfu, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely and refusal to take a roadside breath test after allegedly driving off the roadway at 8783 S. Lake road in Pembroke on August 15, 2020 at 1:34a.m.
Lehtonen was issued an appearance ticket and traffic tickets and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on September 30, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Edward G. Ruckdeschel, 58, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 3rd, a felony, after allegedly stealing a vehicle at 1939 Genesee street in Pembroke on January 13, 2020 at 8:54p.m.
Ruckdeschel was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court on August 11, 2020 at 11:00a.m.
He was ordered held on cash bail and remanded to the custody of the Genesee County Jail. Ruckdeschel will appear in County Court at a later date.
